A major aim of the deal
is to establish a distribution network in the beverage industry. Keurig has
relationships with tech sellers and e-commerce companies, including Best Buy
Co. and Amazon.com Inc. In this space, Dr Pepper is not such strong like Keurig.
Meanwhile, Dr Pepper Snapple ties to beverage vendors, convenience stores, and
drugstores. Therefore, the merger will enable to reinforce their selling space
